Het koppelen van OTYS aan je telefonieomgeving is enorm belangrijk voor het verbeteren van de klanttevredenheid en het efficiënter kunnen werken. Met onze integratietool Bubble hoef je tijdens een inkomend of uitgaand telefoongesprek niet meer handmatig op zoek te gaan naar klantgegevens maar verschijnen die direct in een pop-up op je PC beeldscherm en kun je van daaruit diverse acties uitvoeren zoals het openen van een klantkaart.

Pop-up notificatie

Bubble heeft een aantal unieke eigenschappen. De te tonen informatie en de knoppen in de pop-up zijn volledig naar wens van de gebruiker, afdeling of bedrijf te configureren. De informatie die je kunt weergeven in de pop-up kun je vinden onder tab parameters en de beschikbare knoppen onder tab knoppen. Bij het doorverbinden van een gesprek naar een collega verhuist de klantinformatie mee en wanneer je met meerdere beeldschermen werkt, kun je zelf kiezen op welk scherm je de pop-up wilt zien. Standaard is de pop-up zichtbaar vanaf het moment dat je softphone, bureautoestel of ander device rinkelt tot het moment dat het gesprek wordt beëindigd, maar met de verschillende timer opties kun je zelfs dit naar je persoonlijke voorkeuren aanpassen.

Functionaliteiten

Naast de genoemde pop-up notificatie mogelijkheden is Bubble voorzien van nog veel meer functionaliteiten. Je kunt bijvoorbeeld meerdere CRM-integraties activeren onder dezelfde gebruiker, zonder meerprijs, wat handig kan zijn als je meerdere softwareapplicaties gebruikt binnen je bedrijf. De volledige lijst met functies is te vinden onder tab functies, maar we hebben alvast een aantal belangrijke voor je op een rij gezet:

Uitbellen met één muisklik op een telefoonnummer in je CRM, browser of ander programma met de Klik&Bel functie.
Zoek direct CRM-contactgegevens in de Searchbar desktop applicatie ook al is er op dat moment geen telefoongesprek.
Indien er meerdere relaties bekend zijn onder één nummer kun je met de Multi result functie door de resultaten bladeren.
Zelf gemaakte velden in je CRM kunnen getoond worden in de pop-up dankzij de Custom Field functie.
Dankzij de Call History functie zie je alle contactmomenten met het telefoonnummer van de laatste 90 dagen zodat je direct kunt zien welke collega als laatste contact heeft gehad.
Aan het einde van elk gesprek wordt er een Call Registratie naar het CRM gepusht, zodat elk gesprek onder de relatiekaart in het CRM wordt gelogd.
Maak direct een gespreksnotitie met de Call Note functie die samen met de Call Registratie wordt gelogd en zichtbaar wordt voor jou en je collega's in de Call History.
Eenvoudig en veilig inloggen op basis van Single sign-on (Microsoft, Google of Apple account).

Maatwerk

Om aan jouw specifieke maatwerk wensen te kunnen voldoen, is Bubble voorzien van de module Automations. Met deze module is het mogelijk om je eigen If-This-Then-That flows toe te voegen. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan het uitvoeren van een script of het automatisch open van het callnotitie scherm in plaats van dat je die open moet klikken.

Technisch

Bubble – en daarmee de OTYS Software CRM connector – koppelen aan je telefonieomgeving is zeer eenvoudig. De procedure verschilt per telefonieomgeving maar één ding hebben ze allemaal gemeen, je hoeft er geen techneut voor te zijn.
